Proverbs 27:17 says "As iron sharpens iron,
so one man sharpens another." The Men's Ministry at
First Alpharetta brings men together to take their
rightful place in the ministry of Christ and to
honor God with their hearts and their lives. Our
events and Bible studies are geared toward raising
men up to be Godly leaders in the home, church,
workplace and community. We stress accountability
and fellowship to sharpen us daily.
We have weekly small groups that meet both
outside and inside the church building.
Additionally, we have numerous fellowships through
the year and participate in ministry throughout the
community. If you want to meet new friends, impact
your community or just hang out and talk about
sports, then drop in and check out what is going on
in our men's ministry. |

UPCOMING MEN'S MINISTRY EVENTS:
We are planning an exciting first
quarter for the Men's Ministry. We wanted to
get the information out so all of you can
plan accordingly and starting inviting
others to these events. More detailed will
follow in the coming weeks.
- Men's Conference:
Friday, Feb. 6 - Saturday, Feb. 7,
First Baptist Woodstock We will be going
as a group from FBCA to attend the Men's
Conference at First Baptist Woodstock. A
group of FBCA men went to this
conference in 2008 and were extremely
blessed and challenged. We will meet at
our church and go together as a group.

- Wild Game Tasting: Saturday,
February 28, 2009 We will be hosting
another wild game tasting at the end of
February. This is a great event of
fellowship, tasting the rewards from the
hunting season, and a special guest
speaker for all men to attend. We had a
great event in the Fall of 2007, and we
are looking forward to following it up
with an even better event that you will
not want to miss. Make sure to start
planning on attending and think about
who you will invite.
