The most important moment in history is Jesus’ death and resurrection.
It is the central event of scripture.
It is God’s greatest demonstration of love.
It is the climax of God’s plan to reunite us with Himself in a life-changing relationship.
Therefore, it is our greatest calling and our privilege as a church to lead people to know Jesus.
When we come to know Jesus, we embark on a journey to discover many things.
We discover hope as we find victory over brokenness and struggles with sin.
We discover hope in an ever-growing and deeply satisfying relationship God.
We discover hope in the purpose God has uniquely called us to fulfill with our lives.
We discover hope beyond our yesterdays and for our tomorrows.
Our relationship with Jesus was never meant to be isolated.
When we meet Jesus, we are literally adopted into the family of God.
In this family, we have spiritual brothers, sisters, mothers, and fathers.
We encourage God’s best in each other and share life together.
This is a beautiful picture of what our church should be… a new family.
We are sent to those who are far from God with the hope of the Gospel.
We go bravely toward our neighbors, our co-workers, those like us, and those who aren’t.
Beyond that, we are committed to the unprecedented opportunity
we have to advance the name and fame of Jesus around our nation and the globe.
We live sent so others will know Jesus.
As We Pursue A Jesus Centered Life.
And why do we do this? Why do we value these things?
Because we know that if we do, Jesus will become the central focus of our lives.
Knowing Jesus, Discovering Hope, Experiencing Family, Living Sent…
These means God uses to transform our lives, to make us His own.
We want our lifestyle, our priorities, our relationships, our everything to be centered on Jesus.
Our desire is the Jesus-centered life.
What We Believe
The Bible
Inspired by God without error. The ultimate authority in all things.
THE HOLY SPIRIT
Sent to live within believers, sealing them for eternal life. Allows believers to glorify God by living a holy life and testifying for Christ. Unites all believers into the body of Christ, which is the church.
GOD
Everlasting. Exists in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
MAN
Born in fellowship with God, but sin destroyed this relationship. Fellowship with God can only be restored by Faith in Christ, not things we do.
JESUS
Born of a virgin, fully God and fully man. Lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sin, resurrected and ascended to heaven.
ETERNITY
Jesus will return to reign as Lord and all will be resurrected to either everlasting life or torment.
